We designed and implemented a custom side-transfer conveyor that integrates seamlessly with a client’s existing conveying line, expanding their material-handling capabilities without major modifications to the broader system. The solution enables smooth 90-degree product transfers while maintaining product orientation, which is critical for downstream processes such as wrapping, packing, or palletisation.
Our team managed the project from design and controls integration through to installation and commissioning, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The system uses pneumatic actuation and intelligent controls to achieve consistent, accurate transfers that protect product integrity.
