This project delivered a large-scale Operational Technology (OT) network for a major international company, supporting a complex, site-wide automation environment. Our team managed the project end-to-end — from planning and architecture design through development, programming, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
The network integrates industrial switches to reliably connect PLCs, HMIs, drives, robots, and other automation devices across the facility. Built with performance and resilience in mind, the OT infrastructure enables high-speed, deterministic communications that improve process efficiency and system visibility.
Security was a core focus, with network segmentation, managed access, and hardened configurations helping protect critical operations. The result is a stable, scalable platform that reduces downtime, simplifies troubleshooting, and supports secure remote access. This allows our engineers to provide rapid remote support and updates, minimising disruption while keeping production running at peak performance.
